A special hug from brother Jacques during visiting hours.  My mom took photos during the day as the Physio taught me how to move after the operation, as I got my ECG and blood tests (horrid!!!), but then she saved it all wrong and now I cannot insert it - anyway here is a few photos of my Admission day.

My operation is at 07h30 tomorrow and I will be out by about 14h30.

Going to settle down now and sleep - here is my "en-suite" room.  My mom's sharing the room with me tonight.  Goodnite all and thank you for all your support, phone calls and prayers.

I am being admitted into hospital today, and having the op. tomorrow. I'm not worried but am a bit nervous. Oh well!

Hi, me again!!! thanks Renate for the comment! It's going good with us, and how are you doing? Is there soccer fever in Canada too? I'd love to know. South Africa beat France 2-1 yesterday, Pity that the third goal from SA was disallowed or we would have bumped Mexico off. Well done Bafana! You did your country proud!!!!!!!!!!!

There was a cooking course today, and It was fun. We learnt Kung- Fu, and most of us hurt eachother.

I have a spinal disorder called Scoliosis. I am going in for an operation on the 30th of June. I am going to miss the whole of the third term at school, and I started this blog to help me keep busy, It will be really awesome if you share this journey with me!!! Bye, Hanli
